SIC Team members have collectively more than 50 years of experience in originating, financing and managing private equity investments across EMEA with special focus on emerging markets.
Rabeaa Fattal
Managing Partner
Rabeaa leads the SIC Team since its foundation. He led the signing of the JV with Acciona Energia and successfully closed the USD 200M solar PV projects in Egypt. Prior to SIC Rabeaa was a part of a USD 850M GCC Energy Intensive Fund.
Hssine Rhim
Vice President
Hssine manages the USD 200M Egyptian PV projects and is working on current SIC portfolio developing Wind, PV, waste management and water projects in Africa and Middle-East. He previously worked for EY in Paris in transaction services.
Mao Hong
Senior Associate
Mao manages the USD 200M Egyptian PV projects, and is working on current SIC portfolio developing PV, Water and C&I projects in Africa and Middle East. He previously worked with Fosun Group in infrastructure-type deals.
Samih Soula
Senior Analyst
Samih previously worked as a Senior Associate Transaction Services at PwC in Paris and as Senior Associate Financial Auditor at KPMG in Paris.
Nour Habboubi
Finance Manager
Noor joined SIC in February 2023, bringing a broad range of experience in financial management and accounting. She oversees all accounting functions. Prior to her role at SIC, Noor served as Senior Finance Officer at AMIDEAST, a U.S. NGO.
Ahlem Ghorbel
Admin Officer & HR
Ahlem provides administrative support. She previously worked as a Business Controller at Centurion & Co Group following her role as an Executive Assistant at the same entity, operating in the Management Consulting field.
Sharipa Mae Mapago
Office Manager
Sharipa supports the executive tasks and performs administrative duties in our Dubai office. She previously worked as a Teaching Assistant at The International School of Choueifat in Dubai for 4 years.
