Managing Partner
Co-founder of SIC; led the Acciona Energia JV and development of USD 200M solar PV projects in Egypt. 20+ years of private equity and infrastructure experience accross the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Education: University of Wollongong (Australia)
Hssine Rhim
Vice President and Partner
10+ years in infrastructure execution, transaction advisory, and private equity across MENA and Europe. Drives SIC's pipeline origination across renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and water assets and leads SIC's Europe development strategy, targeting high-conviction opportunities. Education: Master in Management, ESCP Business School (Paris)
Samih Soula
Senior Associate
Works on SIC's development pipeline with focus on wind power and green data centre projects in Africa. Previously Senior Associate (Transaction Services) at PwC Paris and Financial Auditor at KPMG Paris. Education: EMLYON Business School (France)
Ali Khouni
Analyst
Ali works on the USD 200M Egyptian PV projects, and is working on current SIC portfolio developing PV, Water and C&I projects in Africa and Middle East. He is graduated from Paris Dauphine University.
Nour Habboubi
Finance and administration director
Noor joined SIC in February 2023, bringing a broad range of experience in financial management and accounting. She oversees all accounting functions. Prior to her role at SIC, Noor served as Senior Finance Officer at AMIDEAST, a U.S. NGO.
Ahlem Ghorbel
Admin Officer & HR
Ahlem provides administrative support. She previously worked as a Business Controller at Centurion & Co Group following her role as an Executive Assistant at the same entity, operating in the Management Consulting field.

Office Manager
Mariano supports the executive tasks and performs administrative duties in our Dubai office.
